  1. Exclamation (REQUEST)ALCATEL OT-800a GAMES & APPS.

Hi, evrybody, i was just wondering if there´s any1 willing 2 help about this: the thing is that i used to own an excellent mobile (K550i) but i recently got a new one; this Alcatel of the so called "One Touch Tribe"... well, i´ve been looking 4 some pretty active games and applications 4 my brand newmobile, and i found that the ones i used to have on my SE won´t work (not even by a fluke of fate) on this one...
I read some guys posts at some google thread and thay were sayin´that there´re some Nokia apps. workin´on it...but i still don´t get it to work!
So i´m kindly and hopefully askig 4 any1 2 help find something, please...

I saw this li´l screen in OT800a´s scren when i was trying 2 run the Nescube on it, about some j2me plattform or something...and it´s supposedly version 1.0, i´m not an expert @ this matter, but i´m guessing it´s not good since my SE´s plattform was 2.0, i think...
Well, appreciate your reading and thnx 4 any help in advance

Default Alcatel OT-800 One Touch Tribe

    Alcatel OT-800 One Touch Tribe
It has a 320x240 px. screen size , where as Your previous phone , the SE K550i , had a 176x220 px. screen size.
Both phones support Java MIDP 2.0

I would recommend You to try if these work for Your Alcatel (320x240 Java games):
    http://www.mobiles24.com/downloads/t...e-mobile-games

Most of them are meant for Nokia phones (E61;E62;E63;E71;E72) but if You're lucky they might work.
To be honest the Alcatel OT-800 even looks like a Nokia E72!

You can also give "Multiscreen" games a try (Java games):
    http://www.mobiles24.com/search?keyw...ames&search=GO

Those saying "SE" most likely won't work , considering that those for Your SE K550i didn't work for Your Alcatel either.

I tried browsing for some info about the phones OS but couldn't find anything worth mentioning.
The phones manual claims these files to be supported:
    -Entertainment: Java
    -Sounds: mp3 ; m4a ; aac ; midi ; wav ; amr ; wma
    -Images: jpg ; gif
    -Videos: 3gp ; mp4

Wallpapers that should fit Your phones screen:

Note: When Your phone gives You an error message , always post the content of it when asking for help about it.
Error messages give clues to incompatibility issues between Your phone and the file You tried to run.
Copy/paste the content of error messages as precisely as possible.

    Happy hunting!
