Cant Create and upload ringtone?

security token was missing,

read another post that this was fixed but its not.

all i do is select my mp3 then select the time and click create or upload whatever it is.

ive tried taking off fade and stuff and swapping things around but no go.

any idea?

This happened to me too. I couldn't figure out what was wrong but when I looked at the file size of the song I was making the ringtone from it was over 7MB, so I thought this could be the problem. So I downloaded a smaller size file of the same song and it worked like normal again.

So try looking at the file size of the song you're making the ringtone from and make sure that it's smaller than 7MB. This may be the problem, it may not. That's the only thing I know to try
