Background
I used a metal texture as background and added some effects. (eg difference clouds)
"Radioactive Sign"
I made a radioctive sign and added some perspective to it. Then I filled it with flames pattern and set blending mode to overlay. There is outer glow effect too. Also I added wind effect to make it look more impressive and not so blurry.
