Overview: FPse for Android is the fastest and most compatible PSone (also known as PSX or Playstation 1) emulator for handheld devices.


Create an ISO image from your favorite games and enjoy playing them on your Android phone.

A few tips to improve your gameplay experience:
-in Landscape orientation DPAD and Main 4 buttons are activated, if you want to activate all others, go in menu/input/touchscreen and select others buttons.
-Create a default configuration by setting your desired options and then selecting “Default Config Save” in the System Menu.
-CALL, BACK, VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons can be assigned as PSone buttons but can be used is not assigned.
-Guncon emulation requires the A and B buttons to be mapped to Hardware keys. By default: L3 = A and R3 = B.
-SPUSync is required for proper sound quality in certain games such as MGS and FFVII.
-Frameskip set to 50 will avoid sound stuttering on load end device or with somes games that use much CPU.

It does work, and this is the BEST PSX EMULATOR EVER. It beats PSX4Droid easily since it runs at really really high speed.

0.10.9:
Fixed many bugs which caused crashes.
New Multitouch code which should fix the sticky button and grow a lot of gameplay using screen pad.
Fixed PAD2 buttons inversion
Added No sound option for slow machine to get better fps
Added Small screen size centered (landscape only)
New Framelimiter, FPse is much smoother and sound get better tempo
Better Frameskip for PAL games, using up to 50 fps, animation is still smooth and sound never has stuttering.
(frameskip can cause somes glitch)

Somes tips:
- Make your config one time, Load Bios, configure Keys etc... then save to default into system menu.
- Press Menu button to be able to use the Volume buttons
- CALL button,BACK, VOLUME UP and DOWN can be assigned as PSone buttons.
- To use Guncon, map A and B buttons to Hardware key just notice that L3=A and R3=B.
- Somes games will need you set SPUSync to get working or just to have good sound. (MGS, FFVII etc..)
- Play with frameskip, animation can be still very smooth, in example the game CROC, set Frameskip up to 50, and unset Frame limiter.

WHAT'S NEW:

Automatic ARMV6 detection with specific Recompiler optimizations. (Emu is faster)
Added new options to Fix the Autoalignement Problem which make gameplay harder on somes devices with touch screen ClearPad2000. (Automatic onscreen Pads replacement)
Fixed "Disable onscreen Pads" config save.
Added somes Security check to help starting FPse (people were loading Bios instead ISO or ISO instead bios because same file extension .bin)
