Needed help to sort out this problem

i have window xp installed in my PC,i use firefox for browsing,
but during uses firefox it crashdown and not opening
than i download opera with help of internet explorer
but again its not starting,
what i have to do now.

I Beleive Mostly Other Operating System 's File Are Missing,ccause Would Be Spyware! You Need To Restore File If Not Working Start Tth Operating System Afresh And Make Sure You Install An Antispyware As Wellas Antivirus

It's not really that necessary to have anti-spyware software. Since how long does your Firefox crash ? If it recently started doing this, do a System Restore, hope you know what I mean.
