    tpa/preset/custom is a folder in the file system...

    Its not dangerous because you don't even have to patch the firmware for this.

    On K750 you can simply upload the file using FSX in XS++

    but can i use moby explorer or such to copy files in there is it safe that way

    You can't use moby-explorer. the folder is in the internal File System.

    i don't now much about flashing phones so i think this has to do with flashing application am i right? and who has it

    Halmer is a fake certificate that you add to the list of certificates trusted by the phone.

    After that you have to create signed JAD files using the JARs of the apps using a tool called EQHalmer.

    When you install the signed app, the phone thinks it has a valid trusted certificate and lets you grant full permissions in the Permissions settings.

    Its really that you haven't modified your K750 yet - its really safe - those thinks like "you can sc rew your phone" and other crap was said long ago when these tools were't developed properly...
