    GPS means
    global positioning system,
this service locate user's current position on map or any other app which support gps.
Gps use not only a soft but also a hardware device which is built-in.
Ex: some nokia mobiles like Nokia-e52 have gps, on this mobile a user can see his current location using google map software or any other, and if he'll move from his position the dot on map will also follow him.
Bluetooth gps means that the pc, laptop or mobile it self have no gps hardware, but can connect to an outside gps device through Bluetooth if available.

Okay, now you're just spamming, plus the fact this has nothing to do with Java Apps.
