how can i make my theme in my computer
is there any free soft ware to create nokia themes without being on line
i mean to create an espicial themes on my computer

i think a software is available known as Mtc or my theme creator!!! however is requires java development kit jdk version 1.5.0 to be installed in your computer.
i've used it once though so i cant tell much about it.
