so to send my ringtones to my phone it says something about $9.99 a month but yet this is a totally free ringtone site. im confused. can anyone help me ouy here and try and explain this to me AND IF IT HELPS MY CARRIER IS AT&T!

ur hitting the wrong link when u r on thr download page. u need to go to the wap site on your mobile phone and type in the code given or download the tone to your pc then tooth it or usb cable it to ur phone.

I think your talking about the premium content.

But Eric is correct in saying you can "tooth" or "usb cable" it to your phone
