I'm new to this site and i was wondering if i could increase my credits by uploading stuff,or something...

,or 30 is the max credit u can get?

Daca te referi la RP,fiecare lucru uploadat valoreaza un 1 RP,si maximul de RP este nelimitat,la 1000 de RP vei primi titlul de Site Contributor.

Yes!
The credit counter resets to 30 during the night-site maintenance (1:00 or 2:00 AM , GMT+1 for me).
