If you put a camera / camcorder on negative, it can see through certain types of fabrics. Not completely through though, just enough to see what's being worn underneath, etc.

phones cant generate such x-rays.. nor see thru cloths....
its just a video lol. your supposed to trick friends by moving ur phone over ur hand and stuff while the video does.
