Help?
When it says the download file has the wrong extension, what does that mean and what am I doing wrong?
"An Error Occurred
Upload failed: The file you attempted to upload could not be recognised or has an extension that is not allowed"
That's when trying to use a Cd, or when I use a file on my computer
"An Error Occurred
Upload failed: There was an error creating your ringtone [xconv failed]. If the error persists, please contact us."

What file type are you trying to upload?
