Cookie setting for Sprint moto Q

I keep getting stuck at the login on my phone. I put in my username and passwork and it kicks me back to the login page. It worked last night when i tried it, but now it doesn't. I saw in the FAQ section that it may be the cookie setting, but I can't find where to cahnge it on my phone, a Sprint Moto Q.
