I think it depends on your hardware. Games like Oblivion get major performance boosts if you do a bit of tinkering with the GPU.

I have the 8800 GTS, and when I really rev it up it comes precariously close to the Ultra, but then I need to put my rig in a fridge to keep it cool

It will not work on your pc Songbird,i played at my cousin(he has the best pc in the world i think),and the games is ******* great,love the graphics,and i played the game at the max settings.
