MemoryUp is a powerful Java virtual machine (JVM) management and RAM boosting tool specially designed for Symbian S60 2nd, 3rd smartphones and java compatible phones. How To Use:

1. Download MemoryUp 2.5
2. Copy it to your phone, using Memory Card Reader or USB or Bluetooth
3. Install the app on your phone.
4. Start MemoryUp
5. Register using 00000000000000000000 (thats twenty 0's)
6. Start using the app!

Can i run on Sony Ericcson W200i and does it mess up your phone?

You can run it on any phone that supports J2ME without messing it up

What this software does is that they delete all the log files hidden in your phone... but is a disappointment as it does not boost the memory card.
