Can you convert small games from gba platform to java format?I`m sry if the question is kinda silly but i`m curious

The only way to play GBA games on your mobile is to get a GBA emulator like Log in to see links
For Game Boy games you can try Log in to see links

I have another question do...i saw on the internet that nokia 6233 supports symbian applications but when i got it...well bum magic it didn`t work...
So i wanna know for sure if i should do somethin or it just can support symbian applications...?
