Downloading help

Hi, basically, can someone tell me how to download to my pc and transfer to my phone?
I downloaded a theme to my pc - when I clicked on the downloaded theme I got a message saying that windows did not recognise the file - is this normal?

Once on my pc, I beleive I'm supposed to transfer it to the pc suite - how do I do this, and what section do I transfer it to?

I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to phones and my pc lol. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, it's normal. Just save it anyway.

You can transfer it to your phone directly. Your pc should see your phone as a "removable disk" of sorts.
Just paste the file in the "games" folder for games, or "picture" folder for wallpapers.
