Download ringtones directly to my iPhone
Can I download a ringtone directly to my iPhone, without going through iTunes first?

you cannot do that directly, if you don't want to download through iTunes, you have to download some apps to make one for yourself. It will take a while but it's totally free and you can make the ringtone you want
