If You are referring to the the ringtone download pages, the ringtone preview works fine on my end.

I am on Windows XP SP3 and Firefox.

You need to enable Adobe Flash Player in order to playback the ringtones on the download pages!

Try updating or installing Java Runtime Environment on Your browser, at one point I had issues with an outdated Java version on my browser.

Java on FileHippo.com, choose version in accordance to Your OS/browser, 32bit or 64bit:

It's been quite a while since I had issues with Mobiles24 showing or working properly, that been said it must be a software thing on Your end of the line.

Just a heads up that his problem is now resolved, you should hear sound in Firefox once more.

Tested and working in Firefox 57.0.3.
