telco plan is terrible

my current telco plan is terrible.
the line is not stable and bill is very expensive i want to change to new plan.
you all got any suggestions?

Just now im using DIGI, no problem with LINE and more cheap then CELCOM~ RM 75 only permont and get 7GB Data..

I alredy use D and CELCOM, i think CELCOM coverage more good then D.. D got Low Coverage, better using CELCOM, more good RM80 per month and 10 GB data also good coverage then D!! this is my experiance...
