It is a free action packed game called Office Warrior where you need to get rid of your work load by sliding each folder towards their appropriate color.

The game comes with two modes, the arcade mode where you start at the bottom of the corporate ladder and need to climb your way up unlocking more prestigious offices and power moves along the way. Ounce unlocked, power moves can be used to help you achieve your goals by drawing their symbol on the screen.

And the quick game mode where you can customize the game to fit your skill level. Power moves can be used in this mode but cannot be unlocked. Great to brush up your skills or to just play a quick game.
