cant download
It keeps coming up that data server is unavailable when I put the number in and the song comes up then I hit download then it tells me the data server is unavailable and I have been trying to download for days what do I need to do

me too and i have virgin mobile the phone is the slice help!!!!

Unfortunately, It seems that Virgin are blocking our Wapsite.
When 'Data server is unavailable' shows up on you handset, it means your network provider is blocking access to our wapsite.Last edited by Karl; 14-03-2007 at 09:28 PM.

I have this problem too, but instead mine says "Page cannot be displayed". But I have downloaded before.
