Yes there are Mobile phone emulators but they're supported only by symbian phones - ex. N70, 6600, 6630, N95, N73 and so on . . . . .
All of the emulators are .sis or .sisx files so they can not work on a java phone.

NO!
i mean there are lots of software to emulate jar on a computer - but nothing that can "emulate" symbian on a comp or a phone
only SE phones that have symbian can run sis
