Critical Error Uploading Jpeg

Good Day all.

Im experiencing problems uploading jpeg files.
The general dimensions are 1024/7XX
Original pics that I designed and less than 2mb in size...

Anyway, this is the error msg I get " Error- Extension not recognized or not allowed."

So? where do i go from here?

I get the except same issue as above ^^^ when trying to upload .png extension in our gallery upload,

To stop the issue happening when uploading at our gallery, I need to change the extension from .png to .jpg, on my PC and then the image/s uploads smoothly
