As far as I know you can only resize Nokia screens and possibly LG as well, what you need to do is download those games in 240x320 screen resolution as that is the screen res of your phone, not sure how they,ll work though as your phone is also a touchscreen phone, I think maybe you have an onscreen d-pad,if that,s the case then you should be ok.

yeap i downloaded 240x320 games for my samsung f480.
the onscreen d-pad blocked part of the game. i was thinking how to shrink
the game to fit in the bar.
as when i downloaded games from website(needed to pay) the game fits perfectly,
not sure how they did it.

I just found this on a Samsung forum and it mentions your phone;
Just edit the MANIFEST file, zipped in the JAR file and add the line:
MIDlet-Touch-Support: True
So you just open the JAR file with winrar, then find MANIFEST, open with notepad and add the line
MIDlet-Touch-Support: True
Save the file, re-ZIP the files and rename back to a JAR file.
This should remove the bar.
This is very easy to do I do it all the time for other purposes though,

The only other thing I can suggest is that you download the the next smallest screen res of the game which I think is 176x220, that should leave enough room on the screen for the bar at the bottom and you should be able to see all of the game area on the screen as well.
