    Hey there,

    You won't need anti-virus software for you phone.

    Anti-virus software is mainly just for PDA's.

    I found a better answer to this though.

  5. Default i beg to differ... mobiles can get virus

    Now of days....with mobile net surfing ... virus n etc. can be picked up...

    Unfortunately .... there is no jar antivirus...so you must connect ur phone to the computer and use antivirus to sweep it clean of virus

    yea, i use my w810i to go on all my sites (including this one) i dont even have a computer

    Windows viruses dont hurt mobiles much (the only thing they can do is waste the memory space with its size)
    Sony Ericsson users dont have much to fear about viruses

    The only thing is that your phone can carry around PC viruses - if your memory stick is infected, it may infect the PC with which you connect your phone throught USB or card readers.....
