i get download error on every app recommended for my device
Even MP4 pretty much anything from this site. What do I do?

Hi and welcome to Mobiles24.
For some reason the Z10 does not like downloading larger files from Mobiles24. I have tested some MP4 videos on my Z10 and they error after a certain time, so I had to download them to my PC then transfer them to the phone. I am investigating this.
Regarding games/apps, the Z10 does not allow you to download apps or games directly to the device (it's restricted by BlackBerry). Please check out this tutorial for instructions on how to install apps/games to the Z10 via a PC.
