preview ringtones have no sound

Hello, I use FF 2+ and the preview for the ringtones do not have sound. it appears they are playing, but I do not hear anything. Any ideas?

This is quite a common problem that seems to only affect firefox. I also experience the problem but have not yet found the cause.

Do you have any problems playing flash content from other sites? (Youtube etc)
