M3U is a playlist format - you can't convert this format into a ringtone.

So then tell me how you create these here ringtones if you don't see one listed that you want? I always get an error message that my file has the wrong extension.

just play the m3u in winamp or win media player...
then right-click the song you want to convert....
choose "properties"...
look at "file" tab....
then select the "location" (it should be with an URL)...
copy the url and paste to your browser...
you'll download the song automaticly...
