polyphonics are downloading fine, but the mp3 ringtones displays Data Server not available. What does this mean?

Does this happen with all the mp3 ringtones you've tried?

My initial guess is that there's a download size limit set by your network provider. MP3 ringtones are much larger files than polyphonic ringtones so it's far easier to hit the size limit.

You're best bet is to contact your network provider and ask them what the problem could be.
