If there is any difference in the file size, then you can upload it.

If a game is made for an old phone, It may not be as popular as games made for recent phones, but you can still upload it. Like apoteka said, someone will want to download it.

As you have already done with your previous uploads, adding any information you may have of the game and what handset it supports is always helpful, as we can not fully identify Java (J2ME) games and the phone(s) they fully support - this seems to be currently impossible. The only information that is always provided in a jar file is the MIDP version, only a few developers include information of the supported phone and resolutions. When a Java game is uploaded, the MANIFEST.MF file is checked, images are checked (for the resolution), the game is tested on both SJBoy & Nokia SDK emulators and a search for any duplicates is made.

It is much easier to identify what handsets Symbian (sis/sisx) games support as this information is provided within the sis/sisx file. You can read sis/sisx files using AnalySIS (S60v3 - S60v5 and UIQ3) and SISRead (S60v1 - S60v2 and UIQ1 & 2). sis/sisx files don't usually have any information on what resolutions are supported.

When an upload is refused, a refusal counter is triggered. As James and Aaron said, this does not affect your membership status. We only use this information to see if any members are purposely uploading duplicate items or constantly uploading pornographic material and may take action to any members that are found to be doing so.

As far as I'm concerned, you are an excellent uploader (and member), and your games are a pleasure to validate, as you format the titles correctly and include all information (resolutions etc.) that is required for us to validate quicker and easier.
