don't download! :(
when i start download games or something it's show the download soon starting becose (sorry for bad english) page soon restart some time its show and i click many times and don't download
and and so my download credits are gone and im without a game :'(

I just tried Java and Android games downloads , they download fine!
That might indicate an issue with Your browser.
I am not entirely sure but clearing Your browsers Cache could help - give it a try.
On Firefox: Tools => Options => Advanced => Network => Cached Web Content - Clear Now
