Ainol Novo 10 Hero II = Cheapest quad-core Android tablet?

I am just looking for a quad-core Android tablet. And I found the Ainol Novo 10 Hero II, which seems to be a good choice. And the price is $209.99 at McBub.com, which seems to be the lowest. Is there any other quad-core Android tablet cheaper than this one?

I heard about the Ainol android tablet, this is one of the top most and most popular Chinese android tablet. Recently jelly bean tablet is released with dual core amlogic processor, that sounds are looking nice. So once try it, those rates are very less while compare to the others.
