I cannot download ANYTHING to my computer

Help me because each time I try and download something say a game insted of the game an document file is dowloaded this happens for everything and I cannot download anything.Please HELP.

Does this happen when downloading from our public gallery? Does the problem occur with all files that are downloaded? What kind of document file do you get? What's the downloaded file size? Are you using any download accelerators? What browser are you using?

I use an internet explorer no download acclerators and when clicked to download I get files like the following:
xYtLSkehgf etc
It happens in the public gallery the file size are usually around 1kb it happens with all files.
