Downloading Ringtones

I just created an account on this site to download free mp3 ringtones for my android phone. I can search for a song, but when I click on play to sample the file prior to downloading it, the site acts like the file is playing, but I hear nothing. How do I remedy this issue? I did make sure the "media volume" on my phone was turned up and still nothing. Please help. Thanks.

If you're still around try it again. I was having the same problem up till today. but it looks like they fixed it.
