You seem to think it costs nothing to produce surely if its that expensive, it must be better than the xbox, driver 5 is only coming out on PS3 (at the moment) like i its the type of gameplay you may or may not want!

I agree that those figures are proberbly right, although i haven't bought a PS3 YET!! Because they are just too expensive for what they are!

Yes i agree they are too expensive for JUST A CONSOLE!!!! I'm not going to spend £300 for the PS3 nor am i going to buy a xbox 360. So im going to wait til it comes down in price a little bit. And soon as the PS4 comes out in 2010 i won't be waiting that long .

Microsoft, however, seems to be working on the XBOX 3 or whatever it's going to be called. Buying a Playstation 3 is pointless in my opinion. Unless you are absolutely DYING to have a Blue Ray player wrapped in ridiculously expensive plastic.

"Could last up to ten years" but it won't because there is too much competition, and if sony wants to keep up with all the other game consoles they will bring the PS4 out in 2010-2012. It might not come out in england until 2016 but in japan they are always ahead of everybody else

They can't keep up now, so unless they do something RADICAL with the PS4, I can't see them ever keeping up. Especially since the new Xbox is coming out 2009 already.

Microsoft just releases it products even before they thought about the problems. They're going too quick and not putting enough thought into it!
