I try downloading .apk file from this site and hosted by rapidgator,uploaded.to, and turbofile, all failed, im using se xperia note i think and using samsung tab 10 and it still unsuccessful. Any idea?

How peculiar. Can't say I've seen this problem before. Maybe it's because of where you are in the world. That's all I can think of.
