And what exactly is File/Title mismatch???

This means that the title of the file was incomplete or did not match the song. For example, if the song has an Artist and it isn't specified, it will be refused.

if it was a file "TYPE" error - check if the file is of the correct format
Wallpapers have to by .jpg; screensavers .gif; vids .3gp; etc etc
even Uppercase will cause errors - .JPG is not allowed only .jpg...

Title = the name of the song

If we can not find it doing a Google search for it, it most likely will be refused.

You have a song title of F-blues with an artist of " Me ",? Did you write this song ?? or, if you got it off youtube, then put youtube with the persons name that did it.

not exactly my song. d melody was someone's n the music was edited by me.. using band-in-box 12... so what do u suggest?

So if you are going to stop going off on one, i will help you to resolve your problem!! Lets face it, it may of been your fault, but it might not of been, we hardly had the chance to find that out so far!!

Ok back to the matter. Attach your song here, and say what name you called it i.e. Title+Artist. And if you did say "Me" for the artist, it's hardly a big hint for who actually did it, for all we know it could of been a monkey in a zoo.

In general a bit off a problem there is now so much software to make something (mp3 ringtone makers, the old techno makers).
What's the protocol for these type's, you cant google them.
