Cannot upload mp3 to create new tone

After selecting the file and attempting to upload, nothing happens. I am a mac user and have tried using both Safari and Firefox. The file is the proper size. Please help.

mac? That might very well be your problem right now.
I remember before a mac user had this problem, the site just does not seem to want to play fair with them.
Have you got a windows machine you could try on?
