Hi, I'm playing Pokemon Emerald on Tiger GBA and in order to get shoal salts in shoal cave i need it to be low tide, unfortunately I'm not sure whether or not time passes in tiger gba, or if there is anything special I need to do in order to get time to pass. Thanks in advance, also if this is in the wrong section please tell me and I will move/delete it.
