Make Forum More Attractive

Now the forum only have a pc version. But if we create forum in mobile view, it will help low end phone users like me. Becose now its very difficult to understand the forum in pc mode using a mobile.

I do like the design of your website, however it is slow loading (compared to other sites that I have been to) and I am not sure that is the site or my computer. The website is slow loading. It's something we've noticed before. It comes and goes though.

Yeah, just report the spam posts. I'll deal with any I see. Other mods will too.
