Application Error

Dear To whom it may concern,
I downloaded or rather installed the software: Mobile Tracker to my Nokia 5130XpressMusic. The discription noted that it was compatible with my device. Unfortunately, when i tried to use it, i was alerted by an Application Error notification preventing myself from continuing further.
Could anyone kindly let me know the reason behind it and suggest suitable solutions.

Try to disable/enable the mobile tracker ..in the settings section go to security settings.
select mobile tracker.
enter the password.
switch off the mobile tracker here.

If this doesn't work, try reinstalling it.
