this is a very old topic- you cannot convert Symbain to CLDC right now... its VERY difficult to convert a software written for one platform to another especially when you expect it to be done by a software (converter)....
Even if there were an emulator, there isn't much chance for the phone running it effectively

Even if there were an emulator you'd need a really powerful platform to run both the phone's basic functions and the emulator, which would sap alot of power by itself.
