Yeah, seems to be the case.
Had never seen that before.
To be honest though, you'd be just as quick to download them and listen that way.

Because there's no option to preview it.

If you're on about MP3 ringtones it's probably your internet connection, they start straight away for me, sometimes you have to wait for it to buffer.
