[HELP] Super Bluetooth Error! [HELP]

When i connect to my parents LG chocolate, it brings up the following:
Connecting...
Connected

And then on that screen, it freezes.
ALSO,
i need help with when you click search device, i click a device, then it goes back to the search device screen. Should i re-download this program?
Please help!
PS: i have a w810i

i think both mobiles must be from same company to super bt work
