Direct conversion is probably not possible, but you can use the same graphics (after resizing and other mods) to create a SE Theme

Lot's of people on this site actually make their own themes.

If you post a request in the appropriate forum I'm sure someone will make whatever you want

i mean my classmate send me a nokia theme which is very nice..juz wondering if i can covert it so i can use it on my SE fone..=)

He means that if you have a 240x320 pic for the nokia you can use it on a SE with that resolution as well.

No. Not that I know of. The two themes use a different file format in any event. A .nth or .sis will not work on a Sony Ericsson and a .thm or .utz will not work on Nokia.
