every time i try to download a game to my computer a message pops up saying failed to load mainifest any idea what the problem is

manifest is the program made to make the games but i do not really understand, where your problem begins.

i have a problem dowloading it to my computer cuz every time i do the message pops up and if i try and look for it or transfer it to my phone and click on it it say match not found or that error message like its not even downloading right
