Newbie needs help

Ok, so I downloaded the ADW launcher to my computer. Now i don't know how to load it onto my phone. Help?

Is it .apk format?
- connect your phone to pc with usb port
- set phone to thumb drive
- copy apk file to your phone
- install your apk file with app ( es file explorer )

install the apk then when you get back to your launcher it will prompt what launcher to use..... select ADW once select click on menu for for the settings

Install home switcher, then go to app drawer and open it - you should then see all of your home / home replacement apps...
then press button of the one you want to launch...

Or If you haven't already, go to the market and download appsinstaller (your phone needs this app to install the apps from the sd card).....once phone is mounted, move the apps into the sd card directory, no folder is needed....once moved unmount phone and open appsinstaller, it will automatically search sd card for your apps and it will install them too....hope this helps
