Deus Ex Trilogy!
Only played first part, but Hope to play third part, its best game ever!
For mobile..probably Avalanche Snowboarding is most perfect, or Block Breaker 3 Unlimited.
Edge, UFO 2012 and Art of War 2 ep. 2 are perfect as well.

there's no best game ever. its about personal taste
but for me Galaxy on fire 2 was the coolest game i ever played

Best RPG: Final Fantasy (Nothing beats the classic)
Best Arcade: Tetris (Nothing beats the classic AGAIN)
Best Shoot'em Up: Galaga X
Best Racing: GT Racing
Best Puzzle: Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?
Best 3D: Galaxy on Fire
Best Adaptation/Port: Contra 1 to 3
