File permissions problem

Is there any way to make my phone allow certain applications to run? Ive tried countless verities of apps, but because of the restricted access to the file permissions my phone wont allow them access to read the files stored my phone or sd card, none of them work, Ive tried instant messengers, ebook readers and things like that all with the same buggy results. Anybody here know how I can fix this to grant file access permission???

Download the apps to your computer then install them using a micro USB cable. the USB cable is a great investment.
